A private AccrediLaw competency mark | distinct from SRA accreditation
AccrediQualified™ is a private AccrediLaw competency mark, awarded by AccrediLaw to indicate that a practitioner has demonstrated continued currency, competence and ethical practice within a defined recent period. It is not an SRA accreditation and does not replace the formal PSRAS accreditation administered by SRA-authorised assessment organisations.
Learning Beyond the Course
Recognition under AccrediQualified™ would be based on evidence rather than self-certification. This may include recent practice, relevant professional development, and adherence to defined competence expectations.
Supporting Professional Currency
The framework is designed to support practitioners in demonstrating that their knowledge, skills and judgement remain current in evolving legal and operational contexts.
Complementary, Not Regulatory
